Account registration stores your email address, Minecraft username, display name, password hash, optional profile bio, forum posts, replies, and reports.
2. Security and operational data
The system records login and registration attempts, IP addresses used for security logs, account status, staff actions, and timestamps such as account creation and last login.
3. How information is used
Data is used to provide accounts and forums, send verification and password-reset emails, prevent abuse, moderate the community, answer support requests, and operate the network.
4. Email
Transactional account messages are sent through support@hollowcrest.net. Hollowcrest should not use account email addresses for marketing without a separate choice.
5. Sharing and retention
Hollowcrest should not sell account data. Service providers may process data only where needed to host the website, database, or email. Retention periods should be finalized before launch.

Account or privacy questions can be sent to support@hollowcrest.net. Identity verification may be required before account data is changed or removed.
